1. How do I use ATP-AM™ / NAD-PM™?

Take 2 bottles (liquid, capsule and tablet) daily. After shaking the contents sufficiently before drinking, take 3 tablets after eating for ATP-AM™ and take 1 capsule and 2 tablets before bed. We suggest taking it for 2-3 months consecutively for better results.

2. Is ATP-AM™ / NAD-PM™ safe to consume when I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
