This Privacy Policy explains how we extract, collect, process, analyze, display, send, open, store, change, delete, and/or take all kinds of management actions that relate to your personal data.

doselab.id is a part of PT Daehan Global Nutrindo. By accessing the pages of doselab.id, you are stating that you have read and understood all kinds of management actions that relate to your personal data. By stating that you "agree" during the account registration process or data collection through the consent form that was given to you, you are agreeing and giving consent for PT Daehan Global Nutrindo, hereinafter referred to as “Doselab”, to process your personal data.

1. Legal Basis and Regulations
Doselab complies with all the rules of the laws and policies of the government of the Republic of Indonesia that relate to personal data protection.

2. Collection of Personal Data
The information that is collected by Doselab on users’ personal data includes, but is not limited to:
• Identity data: name, gender, date of birth, and nationality;
• Contact data: address, e-mail, phone number;
• Biometrics with standardized security and a maximum retention period of one year;
• Account data with standardized security and encryption plus anonymization processes. Inactive/unused account data will be anonymized;
• Transaction data: purchase transaction and purchase receipt;
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, device ID;
• Profile data: account name, account ID;
• Usage data: usage history, search history on Doselab’s websites, platforms, and applications;
• Real location data or its estimates: GPS, Wi-Fi location, etc.
• Additional data – not limited to photos or other uploaded files;
• Health data and information: health records, specific for Doselab’s entities that have been authorized and have the need of such data.

The collection of personal data comes from, but not limited to, the following means:
• Data that has been submitted by users, both directly or indirectly;
• Data that has been acquired when users register for an account on websites, platforms, or applications that are owned and/or operated by Doselab;
• Data that has been automatically recorded when users use websites, platforms, or applications that are owned and/or operated by Doselab;
• Data that has been recorded when users are contacted by Doselab through other communication means;
• Data that has been collected by third parties in consideration of applicable laws.

3. Purpose of Personal Data Usage
Generally, we use your personal data to run, provide, and improve Doselab’s services. Doselab’s purposes of using personal data include:
• Transaction/order processing: to send products, disclose shipping information, provide customer help, and verify transactions. We use account data to process transaction, users’ e-mail addresses to provide notifications and communications, and registered addresses for the shipment of our products;
• Service provision: to identify users, understand user experience, conduct surveys, provide relevant information and activity trends, and understand users for the purpose of recommendations and personalizations. We collect identity and search data, cookies, real location data, and user history data for these activities;
• Marketing and analysis in research: to provide relevant offers and ads information to users. We collect search data, cookies, IP addresses, and user history data for these activities;
• Communications with users through various channels in relation to Doselab’s services and to respond to user requests. We process registered emails, account IDs, names, and addresses for these purposes;
 Compliance measures: to comply with the law and prevent scams. For these purposes, we use identity, contact, transactions, and account profile data;
 Disclosing and sharing users’ information in specific conditions that are allowed by applicable laws and/or user consent.

4. Storage and Retention of Personal Data
• Doselab can store user data as necessary for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy;
• Doselab can store user data outside of Indonesia’s jurisdictions by keeping in mind the applicable laws in Indonesia;
• Doselab will immediately delete user data if it is no longer required to fulfill any of the purposes mentioned and compliance;
• If you close or ask us to close your account, we will immediately delete your personal data, except if we are obliged to store your data or if we still find it necessary to use it under reasons that are allowed and/or required by law.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
We will only share and disclose personal data in cases such as:
• When it is necessary to be able to use Doselab’s services features, or third-party applications, services, or devices that you have opted to use;
• When it is required by legal court order; and
• When you have given us permission to share personal data based on your consent.

Marketing partners To promote Doselab to our partners. We share some personal data to our partners when necessary for:
1. Making it possible for you to participate in Doselab’s promotions, including testing or product offers and other services;
2. Promoting Doselab in media and through ads that are published in other online services;
3. Helping us and our partners to measure the effectiveness of Doselab’s promotions.
Our partners can also merge the personal data that we have shared with other data that they have collected about you (for example through the use of their services by you). We and our partners can use this information to give you offers, promotions, or other marketing activities that we are sure would be relevant for you.
Other sharing partners For us to be able to understand and improve the performance of our products and partnerships.
Academic researchers For various activities such as statistic analyses and academic studies, only in pseudonyms.
Law enforcement and other authority figures For us, out of goodwill, to contribute to law enforcement, for example:
1. To comply with legal obligations;
2. To respond to lawful legal processes (such as search warrants, court orders, or subpoenas);
3. For our own or third-party interests that can be justified, in relations to:
a. National security;
b. Law enforcement;
c. Litigation (court trials);
d. Crime investigation;
e. Protecting one’s security;
f. Preventing deaths or physical danger (Vital Interest of Data Subject).
Our business buyers We buy or negotiate in our business to our buyers or prospective buyers of our business. In such situations, Doselab will ensure the secrecy of your personal data. We will send a notice to you before your personal data is handed over to buyers or a different privacy policy starts to apply.

 

6. User Personal Data Rights
The rights that you have for your personal data as users are, for example:

Deletion Asking us to delete certain personal data that belongs to you.
Limitation Asking us to temporarily or permanently stop processing all or parts of your personal data.
Data portability Asking a copy of your personal data electronically and for the rights to send personal data to use in other parties’ services.
Opting out to automatic decision-making Opting out of decisions that are solely based on automatic decision-making (decisions without the involvement of humans or automated processing decisions), including profile making, whenever automatic decisions have legal repercussions on you or produce similar significant effects.
Withdrawal of consent Withdrawing the consent that you have previously given to us to process your personal data. By withdrawing this consent, we can no longer provide services, relationships, and obligations between us and you.

7. Security of Personal Data
• Doselab will try to provide the highest security level to protect the security of its users’ personal data, but cannot guarantee the wholeness and accuracy of personal data that has been given to Doselab, or guarantee that the personal data will not or cannot be interrupted, accessed, disclosed, changed, or destroyed by other unauthorized parties due to risks that are outside of Doselab’s jurisdictions.
• Doselab suggests its users secure secret data like passwords, One-Time Passwords (OTP), Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) and not share the details of their accounts with anyone, along with taking the obligation to ensure the security of the devices that they use.
• The use of personal data by third parties in the scope of their cooperation with Doselab will be performed based on agreements.
• Doselab will strive to ensure that every data processing that is done by Doselab-appointed third parties will comply with the conditions and purposes of processing that we have stated in this Privacy Policy. However, Doselab cannot guarantee the whole processing by third parties. If third parties process your data in a way that is not in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Doselab’s agreement with the third parties, Doselab will take legal actions according to the agreement between Doselab and the related third parties and applicable laws. The use of personal data by third parties without the consent of Doselab and outside of the scope that was stated to you is the responsibility of the third parties. You have the right to take legal actions toward this.
• Third-party websites that are linked on Doselab may have their own Privacy Policy and independent security measures that are not within Doselab’s rights. Thus, you are suggested to always study the Privacy Policy of the third parties.
• Doselab will strive to provide the best security measures to protect its users’ personal data; however, Doselab will not be held responsible if force majeure events that are not within Doselab’s control happen. Doselab will still be responsible for informing about this through a set communication media.

8. Policy Update
Doselab can, at any time, change or update this Privacy Policy. We will notify Users on every change or update to this Privacy Policy.

However, Users are still encouraged to read and check the Privacy Policy page thoroughly from time to time to keep themselves updated to any changes. By maintaining access and using Doselab’s services, users are concluded to have agreed to the changes of the Privacy Policy from time to time.
