Networking System: Interdependence of nutrition
Health problems are related to nutritional deficiency. It can lead to short- and long-term health problems and make recovery from diseases difficult.

That said, it's probably pointless to take just one specific nutrient because all nutrients affect and depend on each other. For example, if you want to take calcium for bone health, you need to take magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, to make sure that calcium gets into your bones.

In this way, it's rare that any one nutrient will work in isolation, which is why it's best to take a nutritional supplement that is well-designed and formulated by doctors who understand nutrition and functional medicine.

Of course, nutrients are best consumed through food. But given our modern dietary habits, it's unrealistic to expect to get the full amount of nutrients your body needs from food alone.

Doselab provides a primary care system for our subscribers for continuous and comprehensive health management. For long-term health management, we do not simply provide nutritional supplements, but also conduct four tests every six months to determine whether or not a disease is currently occurring, as well as what nutrients are lacking, and prescribes additional nutrients you need.
